Fair analysis. That said, since it's easy to grow, there are already a few too many Alstonia in some of our big cities. I'm hyper-aware of this fact because I'm one of the unlucky ones to have an allergic reaction to it's pollen.

Nice video. I am looking for tree ( not shrub or vine ) with a fragrant flower. I have 1. Bakul - Mimusops elengi , 2. Kath Chapa-Artocarpus heterophyllus , 3.Sorno Cahapa- Magnolia champaca 4. Chatim- Alstonia scholaris. Can you suggest any more?

We planted 3 Trees at outside our home next to our boundary wall, if you can ignore the super strong smell that the flower produces it is a great tree. it is an excellent bio-fence as it stands tall and is very dense in nature but yes the smell from the flowers is very sharp makes you feel nauseous all the time.
