Kyle and Rachel (@SimplyRachelOBare) share their story of resilience and love after Kyle’s diagnosis with brain cancer (astrocytoma) nearly 20 years ago. Told he had just 3 to 6 months to live, Kyle underwent multiple surgeries, including a groundbreaking awake craniotomy, extensive chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. He has had multiple recurrences, including a recent glioblastoma that was said to be inoperable, but Kyle and Rachel found an incredible surgeon to remove the tumor.
Together, the couple navigates recurrences, alternative treatments, and the challenges of balancing marriage with caregiving.
Thank you both for sharing your story to help others.
