Richard Its good to see someone like yourself that does show the hard parts when filming & you don't turn camera off 😊👍 You are very handy doing lots to your bike , ive seen 2 other videos where you do the work yourself & im learning so much & im in the process of watching all your videos now ! (So il apologise now for my future 2 page essays asking you stuff (Sorry Richard for asking & picking your brain so much 🙈😂 ) We learn more by our mistakes like with the blinker on wrong side 😊 & Yes i heard your neighbours & a Emergency Siren going past 😝 I'm 100% buying 2024 Honda CB125F as my first bike to learn on & get my education on the smaller CC Bike for a Year or 2 before upgrading 🏍 this is why il be watching all your videos & soaking up the knowledge you are sharing ! Think il be definitely getting some luggage racks fitted to ^ i took note of all the parts as you said them 👍😊 As I've stated in other message to you earlier im 90kg in weight but by late march 2025 il be 80kg or even 75kg to ride this not so powerful 125cc around ! Getting my 2024 will be in February or March from Brisbane in Queensland Aus 🇦🇺 They are currently from $2,400 to $3,400 new from bike shop with hardly any km on clock , they been demo bikes in the shop & some only have 300km on them , plus from bike shop il get warranty 👍😊

Sounds great. Hopefully if you do sell it on you'll get most of that back anyway. Best of luck!

Note to folks putting the top box rack on, before panniers. The Givi nuts and washers area pain. i had to lose the small washers on the rear two bolts to get the threads to grip. Looking at the beginning of this Video i noticed that Richard wisely used the original Honda Bolts and admit they look better. Today i will put the original bolts back lol

I got lucky. I don't remember any fuss when installing it so it was probably easy. Just an instinct to use the original part where possible I guess. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for this..... Got a CB125F to use for transport while awaiting parts to service the transmission of my PCX150 (been several months now... have been told they are on a ship heading my way here in NZ, but that was 2 months ago). Have found this CB125F to be a better bike for me in some ways, which includes use on gravel roads. However, the under seat storage of the PCX makes it more convenient. Not a fan of top boxes, but fitting the Givi panniers would work for me........ Have done an oil change which is easy enough, but would like to know about servicing the oil strainer. I guess it is under the hex headed bolt under the engine, near the drain plug, but not sure.

The PCX looks like a great bike. I'm tempted by the Forza 350 too. Good luck with your transmission. Yes the strainer screen is on my list in a couple of thousand miles. I'll definitely want to film that one!

Hi!! I thinking to install this pack to my Honda CB125F 2022, and...you has done a good work. I had a problem when I bought the motorcycle, and it fell to the ground when parked in the wind. Two side covers on the left broke. The original parts cost €900, so I recommend installing the protective bars at the front, they cost about €150 and you can save yourself a lot of trouble. Your videos are great. Thank you so much. From Alicante, Spain, greetings!

I see the Givi TN1184, looks like a good idea. Plus another place to put an action camera. Thanks for the tip!

Going to ask a daft question as i may be wrong, it looks like the connections in the loom on the indicators already have bullet style connections would it not have been easier to just use the original loom with the extensions and not cut the wires ?
@sataomm7 ай бұрын
That’s a really good idea. I wanted to do a better job of the wiring anyway so I’ll solder and heat shrink the wires down low and try and connect to the loom if the plugs fit. Thanks!
@bt11638 күн бұрын
You didnt film connecting the wires and where to channel them
@shephardphoto73528 күн бұрын
You're right I missed that. Hopefully all clear from the previous part. I'm not completely happy with the routing actually - I'm thinking about soldering on longer wires and improving it. It's lasted great since I installed it though.

Great vid! Can you tell me if a motorcycle boot will fit in? Something like the Alpinestars smx-6?
@sataomm22 күн бұрын
I don't know how big those boots are but the internal size of the box is about 37cm long, 22cm wide and 33cm high. Hope that helps!

Nice video. Sorry if I missed it but do these add much weight? Also, have you passed your test, your bike isn't sporting its L plates any more?
@sataomm7 ай бұрын
Not much weight to the rack and boxes. Something like 4kg perhaps? But what you put inside them will add the weight! That's right passed last autumn. I want to do a video about my journey to biking.
@WhippyWhip24 ай бұрын
it couldn't have been hard to design a box to not interfere with the indicators, having to remove the indicators is just lazy designing
@sataomm4 ай бұрын
It's such a niche product - custom shaped for a specific motorbike, so little competition.
