Just a quick tip, (works in pretty much every battlegrounds game) if you hold down jump (space bar) while punching someone, on the last punch it will do an uppercut and send them in the air

"My little brother said the character that Im using isnt very good" As someone that mains bat Im beyond insulted. Metal bat has the objectively second best passive in the game (taking damage gives you ultimate bar) and the best combos in the game. He can combo ANY move into any other move (with one exception thats entirely based on luck) alongside having an anti-air and a projectile. His ult is also absurdly good because of the 4 move (which you didnt properly get to use), its actually an instakill counter if used on a melee attack. If you dont land the instakill it does the slam which BYPASSES I-FRAMES. And best of all you can cancel the windup of your 1 and 2 skills in ult INTO the 4 making it so that if someone tries to cancel them you can just one tap them with a cutscene. Also for the mastery thing in heroes battlegrounds: Getting 100% in your mastery (you gain mastery by fighting the nomu boss that spawns, beating players or doing daily quests) gives you the mastery version of your character. Theres one for the first three characters in the game including the one you played first in this video. Mastery characters often have way more complicated movesets than there base counterparts but in return offer more fun and combo potential.

I recommend you to use the martial artist, the ultimate has pretty cool stuff, here i explain ehat does it have: 1- Grand Slam hits the ground making to get upp a big sauare of the ground (HAS A FINISHER WHEN LOW HEALTH) and does a cool animation 2- Fangs (very close range) you start to scratch the opp (if u grab it) and kick it to the ground 3- earth splitting strike - 2:48 5 - Last breath is a very cool animation, i wont spoil u at all ;)

some info about becoming a real battlegrounder in the strongest battlegrounds, a lot of the moves you see like home run or grand slam have variants- for example home run is actually supposed to be a GRAB move, but when it misses it turns into a ranged slam. grand slam also has a MID AIR variant which allows you to hit them again afterwards. i’m not sure if i saw you doing it, but when hitting or in other words M1’ing, you can hold space to upper cut people into the air which can allow you to use mid air variants or allow you to use moves that cant hit people that are ragdolled. when a move makes somebody roll backwards, usually thats what people call a combo extender, and you can either front dash or side dash to them to continue hitting them and they will not be able to get out of the combo. in heroes battlegrounds, hero slayer’s first move essentially is a combo extender, except it puts your hit combo on the 2nd hit after the move is ended. it can also hit ragdolled people. curdle pierce, or the fourth move when using the second use stuns the person which allows you to go after them again, and triple daggers doesn’t necessarily function as anything other than a ranged move for inexperienced battlegrounders. ice javelin from todoroki and thousand slashes from hero slayer are VERY alike, but ice javelin fully resets your hit combo and allows you to pull another FULL hit combo on the victim instead of thousand slashes where it only gives you your last two hits. combos for U metal bat- 3 hits, beat down then homerun without walking away, aim and use grandslam; if you’re lucky grand slam will do the aerial variant, but if it doesnt it will make the victim roll away. after this you can either continue hitting or use foul ball. you can also actually use beatdown or grandslam after foul ball, but you have to side dash for beatdown to reach. hero hunter- 3 hits, flowing water, walk up to the ragdolled enemy then use hunters grasp, front dash 3 m1s and lethal whirlwind stream. hero hunter is PRETTY complicated so i’d suggest something like metal bat which you have already used, or tatsumaki, the psychic. todoroki- 3 hits, ice javelin, 3 hits, sub zero, then front dash. frost burst CAN be used in combos, but u aren’t experienced enough, so its moreso used after four hits or to surprise your enemies. hero slayer- 3 hits, thousand slashes, 1 hit, third move. sometimes i’ve seen you do an m1 in air, called an aerial in hero slayer. i dont know if you’ve done one in the last video but essentially it is a quick slam which you can combo after. also, since your aim is so well, try to side dash behind people who are blocking and hit them- this obviously will try to bypass their block but try to do it more often. uhh, thats all, i REALLY hope this gets seen. edit: also, by the way, you are PHENOMENAL for a person whos only recorded two videos on this.

Nice video! The thing about battlegrounds games is that you kinda need to play it a bit and learn some combos to really understand it. You should also block a lot when fighting. Easiest characters with easiest combos would be Saitama, Garou, Genos or tatsumaki. :)

A quick tip that'll help you out, your side dashes are EXTREMELY important. If you turn your camera to do a complete 180 while you're side dashing you can wrap around your opponent in order to get past their block. It's extremely useful and fundamental for every bg game, *especially* Heroes battlegrounds as front dashes are unreliable and predictable.

ive been playing battle grounds games for a while now i can honestly say that your really good for a new player i would recommend using 3 m1s then a move of your choice instead of 4 m1s and the reason why people down slam (3m1s then jump m1) is because some moves can still hit people while there stuned so do what you must with this (w vid btw)

You can use your ragdoll cancel with Q (dash button) when your character is lying down, as the enemy can take advantage and perform a combo on you. It has a long cooldown to use again, but it can save you from the enemy's combo. By the way, Metal Bat's ultimate move 4 is a counter move and usually one-shots. That's why the character just jumps and does damage, wasting ultimate move 4. By the way, in Hero Battlegrounds, ultimate moves are not always the same; there are usually 2 alternate versions. Finishers are also valid even in ultimate abilities.

Yoo, remember me when you get famous, btw try tsb a little more but use the strongest hero and use his ultimate moves 1 by 1, it’s really easy to get his ultimate since that’s his passive, to get ult faster, and Omni directional punch is a CLOSE RANGE move, don’t use far range since it won’t do anything special

You should look at some tutorials or combo showcases as they can really help get you better at the game, also HERES a tip: The reason why downslams are useful are because some moves can be hit on the ground like Vanquish, Ice javelin, Detroit smash etc. and it kicks then closer to you instead of it being far away so you can combo easier. Btw you can also use downslams to hit players that are already on the ground from one of your attacks, but some attacks let them get up before you have the time to do that so be careful

You’re doing great dude, not a battlegrounds game and kind of a mess until you figure it out but there’s a game called HOURS that I highly recommend, slightly slower paced combat and it’s more of a pve dungeon crawler but the abilities are incredible, like being able to stop, reverse or predict time.

If you wanna get better at battleground games you will need to learn combos for the characters you use. like for an example using hero slayer which is my go2 character to use, front dashing and just dashing in general is used to start a combo then you will use your characters moves to make the combo me personally I already am familiar with all the battleground games in general for newcomers it’s good to watch videos teaching them how to perform combos with all the characters in the game ;)

Alsoo the monster you saw in heroes battlegrounds is called a namu it is in the game to help you unlock mastery for the characters you wanna unlock that’s also why there are quests if you look at the character list you can see different pictures of the same characters with a lock on them its basically the same character but with more advanced moves if you wanna get mastery you can fight the namu and do quests every 24hours BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE 2 USE THE CHARACTER THAT YOU WANT TO UNLOCK IN ORDER FOR THE MASTERY TO GO TO IT LIKE USING A TECHNIQUE IN A GAME KILLING SOMEONE OR SOMETHING WITH IT WILL GIVE YOU MASTERY :)

Heads up! Metal bats 4rth move is a counter lol but it has 2 variants 1.When somebody hits you during death blow it activates a animation 2. You just slam the ground if nobody hits you while using deathblow

Metal bat actually is better than what most think, it is just used by not a lot of people due to his hitting animation being the slowest, if you're able to master it, people are going to be so mad, and metal bat's 4th ult move is a counter and an attack, if the enemy hits the counter, that's where the cool animation plays, if the enemy doesn't hit it, you jump and deal quite a lot of damage all around you, in my opinion, with your ultimate, try pressing 2 then almost a second later press 4, it will cancel the windup animation of your second move BUT it will make so your 4th move plays at the last second, if enemies tries to dash at you after you pressed 2, you can use this to bait them into hitting your counter By the way, one of the most important mechanic in this game is combos, some people call it spamming but they are just angry you're better than them, experience different character and find ways to continue attacking, grabbing and basically dealing the most amount of damage without your enemy getting back up (most combos requires your enemy to waste their ragdoll cancel, which happens when they press Q while being on the ground, can only be used once every around 20 seconds) sorry for the wall of text, it may be a TON of information to take in

You should try jujutsu beatdown, it’s a pretty small battlegrounds game that isn’t as good as the strongest battlegrounds or heroes but in my opinion it’s really cool

quick tip if your playing heros hunter (otherwise known as garou) if you down slam them and then use hunters grasp and continuously hit your M1 itll stop them from going further than usual meaning you use this as an extension to your combo, this move in particular is whats known as a hunters tech, hope this helps
