His girlfriend's father would be his father in law (if they were married, i think you can only have stuff like father in law and mother in law if you're married to the person). It's not his sister in law, it would be his girlfriend. My mum is married to my dad and his mum would be her mother in law, but my dad isn't her brother in law, only his siblings can be her sibling in-laws. If that makes sense.

In North America there are less than 10 cities that have public transportation even close to as good as Europe, we don’t have train systems like Europe to get from one city to another city, you need a car.
