Going on the Ascent on the 25th and I have the same itinerary that you had. Can you let me know what they had for theme nights? Better yet, any chance you took a pictures of the daily planners? I have a wife who needs to make sure she has the right outfit for every occasion lol.

The theme night is the Shiny wear for the dance party at the pool. Not many people were dressed up because I think they are still trying to get word out for it. There's 2 nights which they call chic nights and it's their version of Formal Night. No shorts in dining room. That's the only theme nights they had

The shine party on Jan 14 sailing was packed..they handed out lighted wands & dj had great variety . Think sequins 😅.

Thank you very much! You save us some serious mullah by prolly not eventually be doing the thermal suite cruise pass:( whew! :). I am used to a really hot dry sauna and your review and experience of the infrared sauna not being hot enough helped us to most prolly forego the same. Yes, placing the gym above the spa and is BIG MISTAKE! :( I can just imagine relaxing inside the steam room and all of a sudden BOOM above because some barbells dropped. :( Am sad to say the least because I am looking forward to this experience aboard the ship this coming April 2024.

I still enjoyed spending time in there because it was included with Aqua and they can easily fix the infrared sauna by raising the temperature.

Nice video!! I feel hopeful as you showed a few POC and people having fun and looking energetic, not just looking half asleep! I am sailing in November! . You had me cracking up when you said you got some nasty comments from a "Karen" in line at the MDR about your attire. .

The spa shakedown would rub me the wrong way! Good that they had crowd control at the buffet. Ridiculous tech bathroom doors! Stages look good. Very good looking ship.

Do you feel much motion when in your room? I booked a room on the forward side and I’m hoping I don’t feel too much motion since I experience motion sickness

I have very rarely felt it. This is a large ship and its able to absorb waves much better. No guarantees though as weather can be different any time

The dress code says shorts are not allowed in the evenings. Disappointing to know that they are not enforcing the dress code.

They are enforcing it. We were denied entry into dining room because of shorts. We were not aware of the policy since I havent sailed Celebrity much.
