I love ultimate Big Chill, I love the color scheme, I never really thought anything about Cheetos looking at him lol. Technopathy is one of the names for the power to control technology, other times it's just called technology manipulation or something similar. I think the reason they had him speak is because, as it is, Vulpimamcers are barely a sentient enough species to be in the Omnitrix, and their language can't even be translated by the Galvan universal translators, but after a million years of evolution, the Ultimate Vulpimamcers are more intelligent, and now the language can be translated.

Evolution 🧬 makes sense . It at least gives cause to the speach and some purpose to the creative choice!

MY Thoughts for each Ultimate: - Those were VERY interesting concepts for Ultimate Heatblast🔥 AND XLR8🏃 ...BUT I think MY Faves from the Video are MagmaBlast (Ultimate Heatblast Concept 1) AND True Velocicraptor XLR8 (Ultimate XLR8 Concept 2) - I too was unsure HOW exactly would you give one for Fourarms...BUT they found a way. Can't believe I'd say this as I hated the guy (I'm a Big Fan of MHA): Thank You Muscular! 😜💪💪💪💪 - I thought The MODOK thing would at least fit for Albedo so I thought, what about an Ultimate Form for "Grey Matter", Ben's Galvan Form. What they gave us is definitely unexpected...BUT I LOVE IT!!! 🧠 - I didn’t hate Ultimate Wildmutt back then, BUT comparing with even MY other Bottom Faves, to me it needs the MOST Improvements. Theirs is DEFINITELY WAAAY better than the Original Ultimate Wildmutt. It even has some elements of The Null Void Vulpinmancers which I do Love🐕
