Rearranging your room is the best thing to do. I used to be aesthetic grunge and gothic, my room was boyish too. But all I did was buy an orange pillow and a guitar and some cute things and it looks like a beach aesthetic room decor 😮

I actually wouldn’t change anything tbh- the pictures and the flowers look amazing and add really good accents to the colors you already have in your room. The only thing I would suggest is to color code your sections of clothing
