Giving my thoughts on Ambre supreme, Oud Aquilaria, Encelade, and Burlington 1819

Excellent ramblings sir. I'm commenting as per your direction. Ambre Supreme wonderful choice. I'm a fan of the house and the lab that Remi created that supplies the materials not only for Les Indemodables but Les Abstraits..... I have a few of the releases from the lab (L'Atelier Francais de Materias) also , Ambre Stone and Vetiver de Pierre. Both are exceptional.... As for Roja. I'm a fan not shy to say ... However I can only defend the older releases I have in my collection. The newer stuff I won't be seeking out. That should say enough lol. Always a pleasure Dev... Yom Tov ✌🏻

Thanks for your comment Jon. I’m pretty sure those lab releases are out of production but they do look super interesting. And yeah idk Roja’s brand identity is very opulent don’t get me wrong, however it’s also just… too flashy. To me it wants your attention and validation, where as a brand like les indemodables is there for those who know, if you know what I mean.

@@Devppp oh I agree totally. I'm a substance over flash person to be sure... But I also don't wanna let flash or popular consent get in the way of appreciating substance. Which seems to be trendy. Not you in particular but I've seen a growing contempt for brands like Roja for the flash and price barrier which is as subjective as the appreciation for the substance which is there imho. ✌🏻
