how does this translate to physical ailments? How are we defensive about that? Could you explain how to put into practice what you talk about here, letting go of defenses and letting God take over, when the problem is a physical issue?

It's a different angel. I believe people started using Kamael, because of the negative reputation Samael has gotten through the years. But, in my tradition the angel of Mars is Samael. BB
