If you catch university students scamming, you should upload their academic files to Turn-It-In and change the names on the paper. That way if their professor runs a plagiarism check, it’ll get flagged at 100% and they’ll get kicked out of university.

I think the reason opening the web cam bothers you so much is the fact that once they do open the web cam they are actively showing that they want to see their victim, ie it’s not something they are ashamed of, they are actually enjoying the acts they are committing

My desktop webcam remains unplugged when not in use. Airgaps are the surest way to prevent spying, because while the video might be no good, they can still pick up audio which is omnidirectional.

Nice way to show how much you really are multi-tasking during the scambaits. Not only do we see how you watch out & listen for victims being scammed while you are on your own scambaiting calls, but can also afterwards call those scammers and do whatever is necessary to track the scammers location & activities. I don't answer calls from numbers that aren't in my contact list. My ringtone is also set to silent for general use. If it's a legit call they can leave a message. The other problem is now emails/texts showing up with "issues." If they're suggesting a problem with an account I don't click on their links. I go back to my bank app, or store account to see if there is any activity - and there never is. So those emails or texts get blocked.

We need an initiative: Hire Billboards in the scammer's surrounding and place a big picture of them including their address and the text: "I steal from helpless elderly people" Everything else is just trying to fight the Hydra. Every time you shut down one scammer, two new scammers pop up and refine their strategy over time. I’ve solved any situation with scammers! I just don’t answer our land line. (yes, we still have one - for a reason!) or my cell phone! If I recognize a name I will answer but usually it’s just a phone number - so if it’s important they will leave a message - otherwise I just delete the call!! I never call an unknown number - period!

Don't get scammed, but also important, if at all possible don't scam. I used to think that these scammers were just out to be greedy and make a quick buck, but some are victims themselves of human trafficking. I like how SP reaches out to some scammers and sees if he can help them out as well. I have seen some videos where a scammer seems to want out and might at the last minute back out. I get it that they are scared, but I also like to think that there are people that are on the inside that SP may work with to try to make everyone's life better. I like to think that they are more valuable to have their identities kept private, but also, SP ain't about to shine the floodlights on someone who is innocent. Keep up the awesome work, SP. Love your videos and I love what you do, even if you don't show everything. Knowing why makes it all the better that you don't show it.
