They don't look like the goths (in a good way) but kind of like the goths in a cooler alternative universe. Bella gives me a noodle from gorillaz vibe, Mortimer gives off a casual steampunk vibe, Cassandra looks like if romantic goth met mall goth and alexander reminds me of Edward scissor hands for some reason. I'd love for this version of the goths to exist as a household in-game :D

THIS. IS. AMAZING! It's such a beautiful version of the family! I also think you made one of the prettiest and coolest versions of Cassandra Goth I've seen in a minute. I even agree with Cassandra 'rebelling' being more of the family colours than of the whole Gothic identity, I legit said it and then you said it right after in the video (lol) and i completely see that being her thing. Overall this was a sick edit and I think you did them soo much justice!! I really love this version of the family, wow. (Sorry for the paragraph)

when i did my version of the goths, i envisioned that mortimer and bella had a classy, elegant kind of morbid/dark style…? i took some inspo from the addams family (i’ve read somewhere that the goths are supposed to be the sims’ version of the addams) and made cassandra rebel by refusing to wear red making her wear purple instead (in my head it makes sense she’d be more into purple cause pink is closer to red..? idk) while also having more of a punk, alternative, “rebel” style.

I have a personal head cannon that Bella is Mortimer’s second wife and the biological mother to Alex. Mortimer had Cassandra with his first wife, who sadly passed away yet Bella still treats Cass like her own daughter.

oh my god lol, you're in almost the same boat as me. I only played ts3 before ts4 came out, and only for like, a year before I got td4 for Christmas. I only interacted with a few families too, lol, though I will say; I'm fairly sure that I had a sim date bella when she was a teen.
