First idea is in frappe. The second one can be anywhere you want. Idea: You know how theres a water tank? Complain how the fishes are not moving to someone. Crack the glass open with a hammer then tell everyone to evacuate because it's flooding. Idea 2: Ask a question, rejoin then ask the same question to the same person, repeat. This can really annoy some people.
