I'm so terribly sorry for having a so long break, but believe me, not editing manga for FIVE MONTHS gave me physical pain. I missed it so much... I was busy due to last months in this school year. I got billions ideas, but even though it's already holidays, I still have no time! I put everything away to accomplish it now so yeah that's how it looks now =-= And no, no more tv shows or movies (hope so), just manga. I should finally do this PH mmv that crawls after me for probably 4 moths. GOD.
Thank you SO MUCH for 300+ subs, I'd never expect to have so many, it means a world to me and all comments also, even if I do not respond, I appreciate every single one of them.
Anyway, please do not spam about hate towards Shishio/Mamura. Sayin' this because I know things got pretty tense lately in this fandom hahah! But I'm still after teacher. It would be so sad if they didn't end up with each other :( the worst is this unknowing! Holy mother, it annoys me and fascinates me at the same time how unpredictable this manga is.
Someone wrote me in commens under last PH mmv that I don't make any transitions (by the way thank you for that), that I use the same one all the time, so look now! I improved xD Feeling a bit weird, because it's completely diffrent than what I've been doing until now, but it was much fun :) At first I wasn't sure about it, it looked just... Wrong, but then I sat yesterday and made the other half and I was happy and satisfied with result :)

For me the most painful part of the story is Shishio's untold side as to why she let Suzume go. **Spoiler Alert*** Yes he told Suzume everything he was holding back when they were still together. But to me Suzume was too hurt about how it was seemingly easy for him to let her go (this is all in my own perespective.) I did hope Shishio or someone should have brought this into Suzume's awareness--why Shishio had to let her go. Mamura was not the only one selflessly loving Suzume. Remember when Suzume's uncle told Shishio to back off and that she is only 16 and she still has a long journey ahead of her. And that he is not in a position where he can just be with her, comfort or protect her given that he is her teacher. Expounding this, can he really protect her in the eyes of the judgemental society? He can, but it wont be easy. Will she endure? Would he want Suzume to suffer? As soon as I finished the manga, I initially blamed Shishio's decision and thought it served him right for ditching her like that. But then I realized Shishio would be selfish If he'd ask Suzume to postpone her lovelife so they can wait until she graduates or become at the right age or something like that. It's like stealing her "adolesence" and deprive her of experiences that would help her mature and grow up. I think quiting the relationship was the risk Shishio had to take because he cared about her sooo much than his own feelings. (So he sacrificed it.) He knew Suzume may throw away her precious highschool years waiting for him and prioritizing him. As an adult and an educator he could not let that happen. If Suzume had deeply and madly fallen in love with Shishio, she would have waited in silence and concentrated on her studies. Eventually with Shishio's decision, we all witnessed how Suzume decided to move on and give Mamura a chance which lead to another love story I could not help liking too. So the only regret I feel on Sensei's behalf, is that, had this been brought to Suzume's awareness, would she have sticked with Mamura? The ending is so depressing but I don't hate it. It left me worrief about Sensei or anyone out there in Shishio' position :'( I read all 12 volumes in one sitting. I did not get sleep before my work. So I dragged myself to the office with my broken heart. I was really broken the entire shift. Thanks to the author the story got me. :) To all the Shishio's out there. Will you let your Suzume understand how you arrive with your decision and not decide on your relationship on your own? If I am Suzume I might end up sticking to Mamuro or maybe NOT had I understand WHY sensei. #JustMyTwoCents

And this is exactly why I thought it was a beautiful story, I mean sure it was heartbreaking but that made it all the more beautiful. Sometimes even if two people do love each other it just isn't that simple ; ^ ; If I were Suzume, I think I'd still stick with Mamura though, maybe knowing Shishio's motives might cause a bit depression and self-blaming for not understanding at the time and a bit of regret, but if she had truly love Mamura then at that point it was already too late to return.

I really love Shishio and don't really get why many people hate him. Sometimes I become really mad. I think most of them are losing Shishio's complexity and sacrifice as an adult and they don't know the meaning of why he let her go.Most of readers are 11-13 so I guess some of them just want to enjoy romantic and cute love :)). I'm also dissatisfied with the ending because Chun-chun still didn't know why shishio broke up with her, which partly because of yuuki's effect. If only they have a fairer comment about him . I always wish that Shishio and Suzume could be together. However, to think back, if the ending wasn't like that, maybe the manga wouldn't be so memorable for me. That ending teaches me a lot, and makes me love shishio even more. Uhh, it's still hard to see shishio suffering so much after that breakup, i always think his previous love with Tsubomi( I like Tsubomi as well) affected him a lot and contributed to his manner after all. Btw, I'm really happy sensei finds someone else. Samejima is really cool :)) and Shishio moves on, it also reflects the message of manga, too. Shoujo manga with best plot and best drawings I've ever seen ( anyone agree???) :)) I really wish this manga has anime, but it's unlikely to happen :(( Sorry if my english is flawed.

You just said the things that ive been thinking abt the manga. That why yamamori sensei leave out a important detail? (Which is abt yuki who kind of knock some sense in sensei). Also i am really pissed at people hating sense, they really dont understand him, they cant see how much sacrifice he made just for suzumes future and happiness, even tho its going to hurt him. I feel so baaaad abt sensei, like imagine, hes been heartbroken for tsubomi for 2 YEARS long and yearning for her, then suddenly he UNEXPECTEDLY FEEL IN LOVE WITH HIS STUDENT, who also broke his heart again. Im like "whyyyyyyy does sensei have to be hurt sooo muuuuch?! Why is he always the one whos getting hurt?" Those thoughts, i just miss senseis smile,, after his " breakup" with suzume, hes always been sad and hurt and it tears me up seeing him like that, i just wanna go into the manga ang hug the guy and say that everything is going to be alright and let him cry. He just doesnt deserve it. And yet people r hating him, saying his selfish, a jerk, and even a pedo wtf. But yea he did got a companion with him, samejima san i like her too. I want her to make my sensei happy once again. I miss his smile and bubbly attitude. I liked the ending, i cant help but be happy for the two even tho i dont ship them, their so happy and inlove and it just makes me want to support them. So yea im pretty much ok with the ending, but no one cen get shizume out of my system. Still hoping that theres an alternative story abt them being together and conquering all the obstacles that r going to come. (Interesting)

All these comments are so old but I agree too. The author of this series is pretty good because obviously the author probably isn’t a teenager but the author accurately wrote the protagonist to have immature aspects. Such as not understanding how he felt. Although it was actually obvious. But basically his love for her was morally wrong at that time. It WAS inappropriate. The parts of the comic that bothered me were when he acted on his love. 😅 But every time he held back or ignored her I held him in much higher regard. And then I started to like his love for her. But when he was even basically openly dating her-that was the worst. Because that was when he was being selfish. It was a frustrating story to read honestly, lol. I actually didn’t fully like either male lead. And it was very frustrating the female protagonist because she couldn’t understand things. But yes, it was memorable. Edit: And yes, I completely agree that BECAUSE he dumped her-that was actually when I shipped them together. Before that I wasn’t sure if he really loved her, and it was extremely inappropriate for him to date her. But, because he dumped her and was a complete gentleman, that actually proved he did love her. In my opinion, the only reason they didn’t end up together was because the female protagonist was immature. And she never realized that his love was questionable when he was making moves-but when he dumped her just for her own benefit-that was when he finally proved his love. And yeah, it was very frustrating that she never understood that. Personally the wedding scene was unpleasant because he was made out even in the end to be kind of shamed. When actually he proved he was worthy and noble.

People keep saying sensei had so many chances and he chose to ruin it, but they don’t realize that they got the right love at the wrong time (yes that was a song lol) if he asked Chunchun/Suzume to wait for himuntil the right age to be together that would be a bit selfish of him and Suzume would definitely dedicate her whole highschool life to sensei, but he never asked her of this instead he chose to sacrifice his love and let her go. His feelings for her was very sincere but he didn’t know how to handle it esp. when they were left together, he likes the girl ofcourse he’ll want to be with her, people think that his subtle actions are making her fall for him, but can’t you blame him? He likes her too. I am actually impressed that he didn’t really took advantage of her knowing she confessed to him multiple times, maybe the hugs and almost kiss were there but in real life, I think this will go further lol (if you know what i mean) Anyway, I just feel like she has more chemistry with sensei and it was definitely leading there... ending up with Mamura feels forced to me... 🥲 but I really feel for this character, he got so much potential that could have been explored. again, just right love at the wrong time... 💔

it's all about their circumstances. teacher dating their student is like a crime in japan... and he was still at lost because of his previous relationship. remember the girl just went and left leaving him behind, then later sending him a breakup letter with just few words on it and no explanation. he wasn't sure what to feel anymore that is why he disciplined himself and made a borderline where no students can pass... but despite all that he just tore it all down for chunchun. Mamura has everything going for him it's like he is flowing with the current of life while shishio has it everything against him. you can't really blame him just because of few painful moments he's given chunchun because that is life. when things dont go the way you wanted, there's nothing but pain and there's no one to blame.

I only feel sad for Sensei.. First thing, he truly loves Suzume but he knows there will be a lot of consequences including Suzume might get hurt from criticism because of the age gap and he thought he will just ruin her life. I'm team Mazume since almost the start of the manga, but this video really fucked me up... Reading the manga I was just so happy with how it turned out that I didn't care about Shishio, but now I kinda feel sad for him... I loved Mamura/Mazume so much that I didn't really realize that Shisio really loved her... This proves that this MMV was truly magical and awesome, even though I'll never change my opinion about Mazume ^^ You did an amazing job !

Super Lazy 0uo ok so yeah I was a shipper for both and it was extremely hard to tell which one I wanted her to end up with but I believe she made the right choice because ultimately I was apart of the Mazume ship because he was so caring and considerate of her. Also there are extra chapters that kinda gave you a good feeling about how it ended between them and that he accepted it and moved on so definitely give this manga a chance I really liked it.

I’ve watched the movie first and fell in love with sensei (at first because I LOVED the actor and his previous work but then I really shipped his character with Suzume) and I was really heartbroken with the ending. Couple of weeks fast forward and I wanted to read the manga thinking I wouldn’t get heartbroken again because I knew the ending but boy, I was wrong. I got really upset and had to stop reading it, unfortunately. But overall I think it was because the story and characters were so well put together that made me feel this way.

They were well put together, bcos they were originally together. Some article that ive read said that yamamori sensei intents to match suzume to sensei but her family (the editors, artist and such) didnt like the idea, and yea u know the ending. She changed it to mamura. It was originally them. Huuhuhu, but try reading tsubaki chou lonely planet (her story after hnr) youll just get that sensei and suzume feels. (Or its just me) huhuhu

i love this video its so well done and the song fits them PERFECTLY i was kinda disappointed in the ending for HnR i think if i had more time to start liking Mazume i would've been satisfied but the truth isn't that i just feel so bad for Shishio and Shizume was just sooo cute so many cute moments and feels i teared up when Shishio was at the hospital and he says the he knew he would be rejected but he tryed anyway it was so sad and feels overflowing I wish Shishio was the one she chose in the end i don't know like the author spent so many chapters with Shizume and then BAM she ends it with Mazume i think she has a grudge against me toying with my feelings and AHHHH ugh well this became a long rant but anyways GREAT job on this video it looks FABULOUS

When I first read this manga I thought that 'she' was going to end up with 'him' cause some shoujo manga is always (not always) like the first boy who is handsome or a guy that was first shown in the manga is always the boyfriend of the mc,but this the author made a twist like SHIT,well its not like I dont like the story but I was expecting that the teacher will be her boyfriend but the unexpected happen like LOL 😂😂 Team Shishio 4ever 😍😆💕 Totally recommend it👌🏻 HIRUNAKA NO RYUUSEI (Sorry for the grammar lol)

This was the hardest manga I have ever read, I felt heartbroken because it seemed that sensei was going to stay with her, but this relationship is untenable because he is a much older, experienced man, lives alone, and she is teenage girl. I did ship her with both of them sometimes but Mamura was definitely the right choice for her.

Ok but in the extra chapters *SPOILER* when that lady came over and she saw the necktie it broke my heart I knew he still lived her even though it was too late and now the only he had left of her was the birthday gift he got😭😭 I really just wished that if it wasn’t too late and sensei just confessed and understood why he said they couldn’t be together then maybe she’d understand and accept it but mamura would be heartbroken abt the first that he had been befriended and fallen for choose sensei over him. I dont really get it why a lot of people hate sensei.. I decided to continue to read this manga even though i know it will break my heart to see them apart. I love sensei but, hes weak in terms of love. So he sacrifice his love and his feelings so to protect shizume. And now that shizume is happy with someone, and he's is trying to move on. Omg... This song fits so much... Love your video and the beautiful edits... I just finished reading this manga a while back (after watching Frimizen's Girl Like You video), so I was rooted for Mamura in the first place (biased), and don't have much feeling for Shishio but thought he's just a jerk. Though, I felt the author didn't let Mazume spend enough time and the ending seems quite sudden after all the time spent on Shizume... (want more scenes on Mazume!!)

This was beautiful! I read HNR a few months back and I absolutely LOVE Shizume! They're definitely one of my OTPs. x3 I was really sad that Suzume didn't end up with Shishio though. Dx Don't get me wrong, I love Mamura but I don't like her and him as a couple, that's all. Wonderful work on the video! :)
