Can you fold the stroller with the universal car seat adapter attached?

I have 2 boys, 6 months/16 lbs. and just turned 4 / 35 lbs. Trying to decide between springing for this at $399 vs the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Shopper Plus at about $210. This is for theme park and mall trips, plus an upcoming trip to Europe. Do you think it's worth the extra $200 for this one?
