@DaanenPleunRockets Thanks Daan :) ... we'll get there in the end, even if we just have to throw it. :) Our Acceleron V has had a similar history of CATOs and crashes, before it started flying well. This was our highest pressure to date, so the CATO wasn't all that unexpected. There may be more issues, but that's what makes it that much more satisfying when it does work in the end.

@dumle29 Alternatively if you can't submerge the whole launcher you can also soak a piece of cloth in soapy water and apply it to the joins and you'll see where bubbles start coming out.

@gk123434534 and if its leaking by the nozzle, its because its starting to lift a tiny bit,

@ollit100 check for leaks, submerge it and keep an eye on where the bubble come out

nice im making water rockets to but at 4 bar it loses pressure and i dont i know why... im useing a gardena (plastic) launcher with a 1.25l bottle can u help?
