One thing that makes Pablo a very good leader is that he knows what his members’ strengths are and he would give them parts that would highlight those strengths.

actually, that is one of the qualities a good leader shld have, not just Pablo. He shld be able to pick or delegate a particular type of job to a certain member or employee who has the skills to do it with excellent results, not just his favorite or the sipsip one as what is normally done in our country

For Josh, he had posted a vlog sharing his childhood, etc but he had deleted that when he was prepping to drop his solo. In that vlog he shared how he had experienced physical abuse at the hands of a nanny growing up. His family also became quite poor that they would only have enough for rice and ketchup. He also has never met his dad. Among the 5, he’s the only one who wasn’t able to enter college due to his economic situation. He was able to finish and get his high school diploma years after when he started working as an Internet cafe attendant.

Hundreds auditioned as trainees and every week thre were eliminations... about seven trainees left after eliminations..however some gave up and only Stell,Pablo and Josh remained..then they added Justin,Ken was the last addition

Juan is just like Sam of America (uncle Sam). Juan is also the common name in the old times, John in english btw. Also Juan is like the first (one) as pronounced. 😉💜🇵🇭

Kwentuhan means story telling …then kwento Juan (similar sound with Kwentuhan but Kwento means story and Juan means an ordinary Filipino) …it’s like when u say Uncle Sam it means personification of the US or anything from the US)

7:23-7:26 Actually, it's because in PH, belting is a big thing. It's common to hear people who can sing but if you are a pro, you should be above ordinary and what sets you apart is higher vocal range and belting prowess. Ken has a low voice and in PH standard, he would never make the cut.

maybe Ken won't make the cut if they are looking for solo artists since Filipinos are not used to a voice range aside from belting. but the company wants to build a boy group to perform in events that the company is contracted to do. if there's no bass line, they'll be like all others...boring..
