Hori7on is only a 3-month-old group and most members are self-taught singers and dancers before they joined the survival show Dream Maker. They have less than a year of dance training and they just started their vocal training in South Korea last May while working on this MV. They're still in their pre-debut stage with 3 MVs and probably will have another MV before their actual debut this July. Scary polished indeed at this early stage of their career. Your reactions made me appreciate the music production and pay more attention to the instruments they used in the song.

I always says why the music in this generation is not as good as before? but this Hori7on is a mixture of before and the present Era music, I love it! The comeback of the English song started by them.

This is the timeline: - Dream Maker started on Nov 19, 2022 - The show ended on Feb 12, 2023 - First Pre-debut song ( Dash ) was first viewed on March 22, 2023. The MV was made lessthan a month from when the show ended. - Went to Korea in early May - 2nd Pre-debut song ( Lovey Dovey ) - June 1, 2023. - July 31 is their debut For me, the growth was very fast considering the fact that, unlike in Korea where trainees are being trained for years. Some have debuted already, left, and have joined a new group. But these boys are students prior to auditioning the show (Dream Maker) except for Jeromy who have been dancing since he was a kid. Whoever watches the show would definitely understand.

"Scary polished!" :) FYI, They are still in their pre-debut stage. They were training for barely 8 months only (- Survival show, mall shows, 1 month in SK) and will debut end of July. That's less than a year of training! They really are a talented bunch! I wish them global success! All the best to your channel as well. Thank you Gidkiddad for another RV to hori7on. appreciate you 2 so much. i like that you pointed out the importance of the brand Global Pop Group because thats one thing other viewers criticize them. they are questioning as to why branded as GPOp rather than PPop. the group recieved so much bashing just because they ddnt use the ppop branding. it was so sad to see those comments. they have 3 songs we the ANCHOR’s (fandom name) are excited to see. Some Filipinos unfortunately are wearing dark colored glasses or simply simple minded. If a Filipino group wants a global audience, why not? When SB19 was still starting, it was Filipinos who bashed them. Calling them K-pop wannabes! In the same breath, they welcome all KPop groups coming to the country patronizing them rather than our own. Colonial mentality! Why not just support sariling atin Pinoy groups and see where they go. It all benefits the country too!

At their early age of 3month group, they already sold out their first fan meeting concert in the theater arts in the Philippines, I know when they make another concert it would be like that again, because this group is so lovable and cute. All of them looks like a boy doll.

Scary polished, yes indeed that is what you expect from Filipino singers😅 dude we eat microphone 3x a day , we have been trained to sing karaokes at a young age , in school group singing is always present from the start of the morning ,noon till the afternoon. 👁️🌲 This is very much giving like Bel Biv Devoe early 90s boy group vibes. I can imagine this playing during In Living Color, and the Fly Girls with young Jennifer Lopez dancing to it. Even the types of sound effects and 808 drum progressions used are so reminiscent of the 90s. I wish they could rep the Philippines a bit more, but I get it - Korean production is paying the bills, and it feels like theyre throwing a lot of money into it so they want to make this their own. As a Filipino though who wants to see Ppop get bigger, it feels kinda weird...

I'm so Inlove with this song so much, it's like I'm traveling back to my generation like 80s,90s, they are the new kids on the block of this generation, I missed the American songs before that I always sing and easy to understand because of English lyrics, I missed the backstreet boys, nsync, late Aaron Carter it feels that I'm going back to the days, a very light song which is not complicated to dance and sing.

Buti na lng naka establish sila ng style na ppop ang dating at angas na pwedeng makahatak ng fanboys. Kaya fan na ako ngayon ng SB. This group is very kpop ang dating at pa cute lng. Although talent wise magaling sila pero kulang sa angas para makahatak ng fanboys. Pambabae at bading lng sila.
