You're right...I remember being mesmerized by this when I was a kid...there was even this eerie music that would accompany her personality flip-flops...and it all made sense to me at the time, which is strange (I was 13 at he time)...

Anymore Carrie? Given the time it came out it's the hardest material to find. Jane Elliot's favorite role and it's not hard to see why. I love the way she'd switch from personality to personality back and forth. Freaky.

I remember that she had left General Hospital around the same time that Roger found about about Ross and Blake, and I was hoping that Roger would find her and somehow bring Carrie back to be a foil. But it never came to fruition. Three again I was hoping that Hope would have returned when Alan-Michael became engaged to Harley.

@@heidifedor They actually did ask Jane to come back, but not to play Carrie. They wanted her to play Alexandria, but she turned them down saying she thought it would insult the audience's intelligence who remember her as Carrie. LOL...these days we soap fans learn to suspend belief about alot of things.
