I read the chinese sypnosis but not watch the movie. It says it's about 2 really close friends navigating life/relationship(probably there's a love triangle). But some people ship the 2 girls that's why videos like this are made. One of the actress have another drama series as a "mulan" type general in ancient china. The "lesbian" subplot was favoured over the main plot by some fans too. The girl who fell in love with the "mulan" general is more of pansexual, technically....

This is not lgbt movie. This is a fan ship. China is rather homophobic, they wont have mainstream media carry lgbt theme. Esp not a positive one. One of the actress, ma si chun, have anotger drama series named oh my general. There is a subplot of lesbian/pansexual girl falling in love with her. Spoiler alert>>> The lesbian/pansexual girl was forcefully changed to hetero dialogue in her dying moments when she took the poison after helping the female general.
