Interesting. Even BZ3 weights nearly Mini-Z the battery is still much lighter. No wonder that thing's a rocket ship on race track.

The sz was 117g. I can't wait to race that against bz3. Its actually lighter. I did not expect that.

Hey brotha if ya were to pick only one chassis for rwd drifter what would ya choose ? Price is no option!! I’m trying to build a high end high spec mini drifter. Problem is so many parts and chassis I have no idea what’s best and you the guy to ask thanks again for the great info !!

Depends what's size chassis you are building and if you are going to use magnetic mounts and 1/24 scale or stick to mini z bodies and what what size?

@@GarageMiniRCUK I wanna do a 1/24 scale but i do want to build it. I’m still pretty new so all the correct parts and electronic seem overwhelming. Lol so pretty much i want to do a 1/24 scale rwd drift car. Magnetic mounts would be great. Sorry for all the questions. I also would like to use my ex6r remote

If going that size then consider dwx3 ( get alloy bulkheads) drift art 2 (will need wide front rods) xrx (need extendable chasis) I found the xrx the easiest for both mini z and 1/24. Dwx3 doesn't have mini z option. Drift art 2(with toothed belt and new servo arm coming soon) is very good and better suited to magnetic mounts. Email me at [e-mail] I'll send some options.

What weight do the batteries and body’s add on? I weighed the 750 sho batteries and it was close to 50 grams and the body 40 grams so that’s almost 80% weight increase. Do you choose lighter body’s and batteries to save weight or does it not matter?

Why you use a bz3 as a drift car🤦🏻‍♂️

Drift racing. On a smaller indoor track too fast to race bz3 . Drift tyres slow it down. Less damage. When bigger track then race. See later videos.
