WOW! Today we took the "Going to the Sun" road through glacier and it is breathtaking! It is difficult to get everything you see on this drive into one video but join us as we give it our best shot.

Memory of a child of over 50 years ago of visiting both Yellowstone and Glacier. Back then everyone routinely fed the wildlife, and the wildlife ran out of the forest and hills when they saw a car coming to demand a handout. Visitors at that time were not as numerous. We counted 38 bears that we fed thru the car windows. My father took a picture of my mother's foot slamming shut the wing window of the vehicle showing a gigantic male snarling on the other side. We only saw 20 bears in Glacier, yet all agreed it to be the most awe inspiring of the two parks. I've returned several times since then, however it's the first memories made that remain the most vivid.

Glacier is just magical! I agree Stephanie ALL of it is beautiful!! Fall is even more beautiful with all the color changes. I think I really take it for granted living right here!! If you have never thought of how they clear all the snow off of Going to the Sun you should look up those videos!!!😮 So glad your kids get to experience this!!! I wish you could have did some hiking but I am sure you understand why dogs aren't allowed. Welcome to Montana Denman family!! Hope your stay was amazing!!!❤❤❤❤

​@@susanmassey9635*** I completely agree. I had a job (for over 50 years), that involved traveling by plane at least 3 days per week. I saw places that were previously unknown to me. I haven't been near an airport since I retired in 2020. My favorite place is home. I have been on a few short road trips, nothing over 4 hours. I would like to rent a RV and see places I have only flown over but I am not skilled with knowing all the things that Buddy accomplishes with ease - hook-ups, monitoring and filling potable water, small mechanical things to carefully monitor, etc. Thankfully Steph and Buddy's videos are giving me a bit of real life exposure to many amazingly beautiful areas in our wonderful country.

Good afternoon #DenmanHomestead Family. The scenery was so beautiful and the snow, falls, and such will be there probably full summer as they had so much and a cool spring. Going up the Sun road thankfully you had the camera pointing out towards the mountains for I could watch due to if out the windshield I get so dizzy going around the corners of the road. I feel the same way about Glacier Park!! I still to this day , feel the same way about the whole drive thru the park. Nothing more Spectacular than this entire National Park!! It is so Breath taking ! My girls ages were around 12 and 10yrs old , 1985. To see the Park through other peoples lens all these years, makes it incredible that our park staff are not allowing anything to happen to Gods Country all these years!! Great Video!!! 🤗❤️👍🙋🏻‍♀️

The way ya'll described it and the video's I saw was like the mountains and waterfalls just consume you! Stunningly Gorgeous there! It's Breathtaking even in Video. I can't imagine the Beauty of it and being there. I live in the mountains of North Ga and I thought going thru the Great Smoky mountains and crossing the Blue Ridge Parkway was the most beautiful place ever. Just looking at the Mountains and Scenery there, I could almost imagine breathing in that Clean Crisp Air! I caught myself taking in deep breaths! Ya'll are so Blessed to be able to go there and see it, and take it all in. I can't thank you enough for bringing me along with your family! Have the Children pick a hand sized Rock from each area you visit and Mark it for them which area it came from and when you get home, have the Children to paint a picture on their rock and choose a picture that relates to the area it came from! Example: Paint a waterfall coming down the side of a mountain with maybe a couple trees or clouds on it! My kids always did this and now my son is 50 yrs old and he has them still put in his Flower bed in front of his house! It's beautiful! My Daughter has hers throughout her home! People all over our area paint rocks of all sizes, shapes, and colors with different pictures of animals, birds, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, cabins or just whatever on the rocks and lay them all over our town here! Some might put a small comment or Bible verse or saying on them. Maybe even the towns around here or names of areas, creeks, etc. They put them outside the mountain shops, Gas Stations, Stores, Restaurants, Fast Food places, Doctors offices, Schools, Police Station, Courthouse, Library or anywhere! They could be anywhere at all times of the day or night! The idea is for Visitors to take one if they want to remember our town of Blue Ridge by. Keep or put in a different place. Many visitors paint their rocks and leave them with their own town or state and leave it for us. We've been doing this for years! Some people are artist and paint such beautiful scenes on them. It's just an idea I thought I'd share and pass along! Some Rocks Shapes could resemble an animal or anything! Paint accordingly! Thank you Buddy, Steph, and Children for the Ride along!
