I liked the music, but there was too much of it. I would've preferred to hear the birds and the water, at least for parts of the video. Nice tour and useful advice though, thanks!

Murphys Law in action? I am also wondering if there is a regular west wind in the morning on the lake that changes direction to the east in the afternoon. I don't know since I am no longer in the area... if that scenario is true it would be better to launch the kayaks near Lake McDonald Lodge. Thanks for the comment.

Are there kayak rentals there?

Yes! Glacier Outfitters is walking distance to Lake McDonald in Apgar Village. I was very impressed with the amount of kayaks and paddle boards they had on hand for rent. Address: 196 Apgar Loop, West Glacier.

It was unreal, good choice of words. Highly recommend this experience to everyone, novice or expert kayakers. Thanks for the comment and I will be watching some of your travel vlogs!
