It wasn't a bad movie - they did a lot with the story line, but it wasn't like the first one. Denzel was a bad choice; he just didn't fit in this movie.

Everything was great about Gladiator II just Denzel really didn't fit as a antagonist compared to Joaquin, I honestly thought the antagonists were Fred and Joseph instead of Denzel

not really, i mean they did alot with the storyline but still its far from how great the first film did compared to the sequel i thought they would get spencer, lucius's actor for gladiator one but by the time the sequel went into production, he was already 36 years old making him too old to play lucius as he was already 11 when the first film started production and 13 by time it got released overall it was a great movie just didnt feel as good as the first gladiator

@@soarkhan Anything even HALFWAY good about Glad 2 was stolen directly from the original, from the nearly identical storyline, to even the best lines. On top of that, the music of the reboot was totally forgettable, no where near as great as the original soundtrack by Hans Zimmer. In short, Glad 2 should have never even been made, a total waste of time and money.
