I have so many expensive rolls of ribbon, and never cut them. I get the same affect she did, but instead of cutting, I push the ribbon into the pole/base of the tree, and pull it back out where I want it. When I have ribbon that is over $100 a spool, there's no way I'm cutting it!

Hi Kristin, thank you so much for your tips and tricks. i am obsessed with this tree look. i started adding picks sprays and florals to my Christmas trees a few years back and i can say it is a game changer for my decorating. My trees are all different for each room on my home my main tree is in our living room and that's the one i have ivories light golds silver and frosted Sprays and berries i didn't use ribbon but i did do clusters of baubles of different shapes and sizes. this tree is amazingly beautiful with a timeless elegance. just stunning so i now have my inspiration for my new house décor. this is the first time i will be decorating this house as we just moved in about three weeks ago so everything is different here in this house i am looking forward to the Christmas season and i have some different ideas in how i am going to do things. so thank you for that. I love y’all’s decor …… I’ve ordered many different items over the last few years ……always been very happy w/the items until this year!! Now it’s not like I’m devastated BUT I’ve ordered a particular greenery branch (real like for $12.99) and they’ve been awesome ……nice and full, sturdy, long and they look great on everything from mantels to trees to vases etc……… well being I like to use them in different ways ……sometimes throughout the year I decided I needed 10 more of them 😂 and placed my order …. The ones I received are very similar to the others but they’re not the quality of the originals. Don’t get me wrong, they’re ok and usable but they are just not as nice as all of the others. Love the videos and I will continue to shop w/DW 😁……hopefully one day I’ll get to actually visit the store in person ……we live just southeast of Houston so it’s a little longer of a day trip drive than I want to make 😂😂‼️ Happy 🎄 Decorating 2023‼️

It’s gorgeous. One thing I’m always curious about is the shape and colour of your tree that you use for each design. Like gingerbread totally looks better on a flocked tree. The nutcracker which has to be my favourite this yr I think you did on a green. This one looks brilliant on the flocked. You really think about your designs. My large tree is green but if I need a flocked I add loads of flocked pieces.

I’m from Europe we don’t do tree toppers like you guys but ever since I’ve seen your videos I’m so tented to do my first ever one (We usually only have a ornament that goes on the top) but I’ve been buying some essentials to try my first topper like yours 😅 How can I mix in many different tones in my tree ? I have rose gold , gold , and rose pink ornaments is that to much or can I add more colors ? Unfortunately we can’t find fun and cute ornaments here and if then they are super expensive just like ribbon 😢
