Thank You. Amazing and really beautiful recipe. I do not have a press, and there is neither sticky rice powder nor beet powder on sale near me, but I will try to make it using sticky rice and red food coloring. Might boil some beets and use the water for half the rice. Awsome. The rice powder could be cooked in microwave and it dos not burn. Greetings from France.
