Karnataka is the centre if silk production .Most of the weavers from all over India get silk yarn from Karnakata and proceed with the their style of weaving. Karnataka itself is famous for Mysore silk and Ilkal silk sarees and you assigned organza to it? Most of the kannadigas will not know what is organza to be honest.

At 1:20 it is not saree it is Sador Mekhela from Assam. A special skirt like garment is worn in the waist, called Mekhela. But the mekhela needs to be drapped. It doesn't have an elastic to fit in the waist. Then the chador is like the dupatta of lehengas but it is broader then the dupatta. So, saree is single piece of cloth but sador mekhela comprises of four garments including reeha to complete the attire. The golden silk mekhela chadors are most beautiful. But The one shown in this video is made of Muga Silk, also from tassar silk and aery silk also mekhela chadors are made,

Its not a complete list of all sarees. Odisha itself has around 13-14 varieties of silk nd cotton sarees from its different districts. Kota ,pochampally, mysore silk, chanderi, mangalgiri, uppad, jamdani, dhakai, matka silk,etc.....list goes on which hv been skipped in this video

You forgot the most important type of sarees from Karnataka those are Mysore Silk and Ilkal sarees, organza is nothing in comparison to these. Mysore silk is better than banarasi saree. I recommend you to check out the history of Mysore Silk.
