@glamgirlgabi I’m devastated going through hair loss, miniaturization and breakage. A regular derm prescribed topical I’ve been on but still an issue. A “specialist” won’t see me after waiting 9 weeks. There doesn’t seem to be anywhere to turn in my area. Do you think it would be helpful to find a trichologist? I don’t know how to get through this

​@@alliebahbah7139 Often people with this issue have gone through stressful times. Stress can 'pinch off' hair follicles and increase cortisol. High cortisol can contribute to hair follicle miniaturization and hair loss. It can also be hormonal, especially if you're going through menopause. It's a good idea to see a good holistic kinesiologist (who is also a nutritionist) to see what your body needs to restore your hair growth. It can also be a lack of vitamin B7. You might need a supplement with B7 (Biotin), silica, magnesium, vitamins D, E and C. Once the root cause(s) are addressed, you can speed up recovery with micro-needling, castor oil scalp massages and masks and red light (LED) therapy. Sending you love and support for your recovery!

Monica, you are absolutely Stunning before makeup. After ..... you look PHENOMENAL!!! The shades of purple are delectable. (I love purple also.) The lighter shade of lip is beautiful. I kept thinking the darker shade was too dark. I tend to go with pink/lighter lip shades three seasons of the year. For winter I go with a darker mauve color. Watching this video has me thinking twice about doing that. Gabi, I always Love your videos! I especially loved this slower-paced style. It was easier for me to follow. As a teenager I was too busy being a tomboy. A mix of raising my daughter in the '80s and 27 years of employment at a Correctional Facility, I could have cared less about makeup. Retired from that and working at a local elementary school in 2020 when Covid hit, I found myself at home and bored. I began bouncing around KZbin watching makeup tutorials. Go figure ..... at age 63! I always come back to yours! Hopefully, you're never too old to learn makeup?!?!?!? Thank you, Gabi, for sharing your knowledge and expertise. Love this. The very detailed tutorial and the beautiful mature model. My most challenging area is the inner corner hollow is dark/purplish and when I try to color correct or conceal it then kind of breaks apart or gets cakey. Would love some tips for this. 🩷😀🇨🇦

😮 “Outside of your audience comfort zone “?!!! Not for me! I LOVE GLAM and I am older… but I find that the washed out natural look just makes me look “washed out”! Maybe because I have high contrast features… dark hair, dark eyes and light skin. I need to learn how to make a smoky eye work for me at my age like it used to when I was younger and that’s why your videos are so important! So keep bringing the Glam looks!
