Glamlite X Scooby Doo, is it really all that?

In my world, green highlighter goes with everything XD But seriously, I think that nearly-neon salmon shade of the pinkberry blush (I have the blush palette) compliments green perfectly!

This collection is the only one glamlite ever released that convinced me to try them lol. I saw they were doing this Collab and decided to buy it without even seeing it. I will say that there is a lot missing from what I wished would have been included but I still really like it and it sounds like the owners knew we would want palettes based on more characters but weren't able to afford the stock for the time being. Either way, I'm looking forward to receiving mine and excited to finally try their formula!

This is my first ever Glamlite order. I got the whole collection and quality wise I am so impressed! The shimmers in the palettes are just out of this world pretty and the mattes pack a punch. I love Scooby-Doo so my friend actually got the whole collection for me. I’m so grateful to have such an awesome friend!

Love the looks you did with these! As far as lipstick colors go, I feel like most brands have "wearable " colors in their permanent collection and I prefer more fun color lipsticks to be released with the limited edition collections because I LOVE bold colorful lipsticks and these kind of releases are the only places you can get them 🤷🏻‍♀️

I couldn't agree more about the lipsticks! Colourful ones are not easy to find in permanent range in most brands, and I was so happy when I saw the lipstick tubes here: I thought these were green, purple and orange inside, too. :) I guess I will be sticking to my Gavissi Beauty liquid lipsticks for now then. :D Hopefully, Glamlite makes some fun colours in their next release!

I don’t have any glamlite but this was the first collection they launched that I really wanted. Had I not ordered strange and unusual and rusted essence I definitely would have grabbed this. I wish I would have saw this sooner. I love both the palettes and I love the highlighter!!

2nd comment (after video lol): Oh my goodness, love love love the looks!! They are both stunning! Especially look #2. So so pretty!! I'm sorry your eyes are starting to be bothered by the extra looks. I'm sure most of us don't care if it takes and extra day or 2 to see multiple looks with a palette. I'm still going to watch LOL. If you don't rest your eyes you could end up in a position to not be able to do any looks, and we don't want that. Thanks for all you do!

I got this collection and love it, I'm a huge Scooby fan. I love ur review and agree with a lot of it. My only wish is that they lost some of the redundant purples and added an orange color or two, in Scooby fashion? Other wise great purchase. I loved both of ur looks.

I’m a little worried about the formula now, my palettes came today but I’ve been sick so I haven’t put on makeup in a week, I have lots of new stuff I want to use though so hopefully I’ll be up to putting on makeup soon. I feel like the one palette is exactly like battybeans first shroud collab so I’m interested to compare them. I think the other palette reminds me of the palette terra moons just came out with.

I just got my creeps and crawls palette (plus the highlighter and purple container lipstick) in the mail today. It's my first order from them. I didn't get the green palette due to the lack of pr videos out and its resemblance to the 1st shroud x batty bean palette. I'm usually a lip balm girl and most lipstick makes me want to rub my lips together because it feels weird. It ends up looking awful and smeared fast, so I usually skip it. I really like the texture of the lipstick so far. The test will be if I actually use it or not... 100% get not wanting to abuse your eyelids. Mine are super sensitive and can get swollen and rash if I rub them too much.

The reviews I've seen have all kind of struggled with the blending and building of these mattes. How do they compare to the regular formular? Loved these looks, not sure i can justify double the price when shipping is involved though. 😱

I think maybe the matte quality isnt as good because there are cheaper than their other palettes? Idk 🤷‍♀️ . Theyre just a drier, bit more sheer formula. Totally usable tho

With the second palette look, which is the one I purchased.. I wasn't a fan of the green you placed in your crease. It took forever to build up and still wasn't as pigmented as I wanted it. Glamlite made an Instagram post that they were trying to keep with collection as affordable as possible. They had to have used a different matte formula.. to me they just weren't the same. I can definitely agree with you saying some of them felt thin. If that's the case, I would have paid more money to keep their usual formula

I almost wish they had released both palettes in one bc I like some colors in each one but not all, so its an easy skip for me. But both combined reminds me of the Melt's Beetlejuice collection. And the purple one reminds me of Give Me Glow's Bad Witch Club.
