Beautiful blue chrome tips! I simply must try this colour at home. JFYI, I always do a Base Coat over the entire nail after applying Chrome Powders and before applying a Top Coat, even if I'm just applying powder to the tips, and I always do this for two very good reasons .... A) because the Powder doesn't come off onto the brush with Base Coat as it does when applying Top Coat straight over the top of the powder - which will then contaminate the whole bottle of Top Coat. And, B) because the Base Coat gives the Top Coat a layer of adhesion to stick to the nail - which makes the mani last for 4-5 weeks without any chipping. I hope that is helpful to anyone who is reading : )

I usually use a rubber base coat in the natural nail first and then go in and use the gel to glue the nail down. Just curious why you don’t use that step.

You can do fills with builder gel. I see a lot of people use builder in a bottle. Beetles has some that are pretty good
