Your hair is beautiful! I am 72 and a new subscriber. Lol. I already use the doux texture foam and the end of a rat tail comb. My hair is a little longer than yours. It has just grown back after chemo so I’m afraid to cut it right now but your cut is rocking! I will add the pop lock and get the 3 row comb and try it. Thanks so much for the info. God bless.

I empathize with you. I too am 72 and trying to grow my hair back after doing chemo/radiation from breast cancer all of 2021. So far I've got 3 types of hair: 4a, 4b, and 4c! Originally my hair was all 4b. Good luck to you in your hair journey. GOD' blessing to you for your survivorship after cancer.

God bless you 🙏🏾. I am happy that you are in recovery after chemo, and your hair is growing back. Don’t be too worried about the different textures as this is normal. Although I have predominately 4C hair, I do have 4B and 4A mixed in. It’s very noticeable when I let my hair grow out. These products should work for all of your textures 🫶🏾

Awesome! Your hair tutorials are detailed, so I gave a try and yeah I achieved the style I was hoping for. I’m coming out of buzz cut of three years and I didn’t cut too low to see any skin but I achieved the taper shape since my TWA lacked shape. I be so excited about the results 😂 I sleep with a satin bonnet or sometimes just on my satin pillowcases, and also wake up with flat spots in the morning. No matting though. I simply lift the flat spots with a pick and fluff my hair out. Help that helps 🫶🏾

Thanks so much!! Yup. Self taught. I used to cut my own hair when I was relaxed with a short pixie cut. However, I was scared to cut my own hair at first after doing the big chop. But the barber never cut my hair the way I wanted. So I just started cutting it myself and never looked back ☺️
