Kinda long but please read: Little Mix were formed when I was only 8 years old and I will forever be grateful to Leigh for being my role model as a little girl growing up black in a predominantly white area. She's so down to earth and funny and kind that I could always relate to her; I even have godparents living in High Wycombe (where she's from). It always hurt me to know that when Jesy got hate over her size, people called out the trolls and helped her through that difficult time, but when Leigh faced racism, nobody wanted to speak up about it and it was just brushed under the carpet as she was so often ignored. All the girls make a point of being equals in the group, so the fans and the public should treat them as such. It makes me so happy and proud that Leigh did this interview and I hope I get to meet my beautiful queen one day. 💜✨🖤✨

Well, where should I start? I'm SO proud of this girl. She might never read this, but I still want to write this down. I remember when she catched my eye first when I discovered Little Mix. Something about her really got my attention, and still, but now it's even more special everytime I see her glowing in the beautiful skin, figure and personality that is hers. It still hurts me when I think back to the days everything about her was crazy underrated, even in our mixer fandom, and the moment she was so brave to tell us about the hate she got, I started to cry a bit🙈. Telling others about situations which made yourself feel less worth and excluded is never easy, but she has the courage to do so. Even though I'm not dark skinned, I'm part of a group of people who face a lot of negativity as well, and standing up against this is so important, and everytime people do this, like Leigh-Anne did it, she gives people the opportunity to feel empowered and more brave than they thought they were. She still is underrated, her voice, her dancing, her mind is, but I saw her grow and become stronger and stronger while staying herself, which is rare. All I want to say is, keep going your way, we love, appreciate and support you and your inspiring, badass, funny, smart and kind-hearted personality more than you'll ever know. Cant put in words how much proud this Woman makes me feel, not just for all the things shes doing lately(brits, kilimanjaro, global awards and now this beautiful first ever solo interview as the new face of a sport clothe line) but since the beggining of the group, she literally is one of the most strong minded person i ever seen, she grew up so much even been passing trough all the pain of racism, she didnt give up, she proved all the haters they were wrong, she became a wonderful powerful woman, shes confident, inspiring, and a incredible role model for all the black women and black young girls around the world that look up to her as an idol. in the beginning i thought their songs were catchy but didn't much care for little mix. then youtube did its thing and started suggesting interviews and best moments etc. The women of little mix are an inspiration. They're so authentic. The way Leigh-Anne speaks felt so real to me. And even something as sad as Jesy's departure is an inspiration as she really prioritized her mental health rather than grind through it for whatever artificial reason. All of them are strong, All of them have struggled with something a lot of us can relate to. I'm thankful that they've shown their truth to the world cause it does have an impact on peoples lives.
