You have the most gorgeous body! I always thought that ballerinas are just skin and bones but you look amazing. It's also so true about exercise - when you're a kid you run around all the time and it doesn't even cross your mind that this keeps you in shape. As an adult you almost forget that moving and exercising can be so much fun - you only look at it as a chore to do stay fit.

Inspiring to see a dancer with a healthy mindset...it truly is so rare in the industry. The culture encourages constantly comparing yourself to others, dancing and conditioning your body just to get approval and attention, rejecting your body and pushing yourself way past your limit, mercilessly judging your weaknesses, eating disorders, compromising your well being and integrity to get ahead...and so on. Then if you're in certain corrupt companies like I was...SRA. 🔺🧛🏼♂️

Ugh, I envy your body strength so much, but admire you for all the time you put into it.... I know your body is your essential asset in your job, so it's not like I should be mad at myself for "only" managing 30 minutes in the morning + 1-1.5 hours in a day for an exercise (and sometimes skip the 30 morning one due to hunger) with my office job, but it must feel so amazing to be this powerful.... and your partners must worship you for that stamina (which is also one of my goals and the reason for exercise :D).
