Mine... on a train in Paris, I stood up as the train came into the station and it braked hard, I lost balance and had nothing to hold onto as I had a suitcase with wheels in each hand and I literally went FLYING down the carriage! All I could see were hands being held out trying to stop me and I couldn’t even thank the people as I was so embarrassed but also didn’t speak any French!

If you want to feel better read my embarrassing story>>>>> I went on a 2nd date with a guy that I had an amazing 1st date with. After dinner on the way to his place in the middle of nowhere while driving, I felt excruciating pain in my stomach. I wasnt sure what it was because I have never felt that kind of pain in my lower stomach before and then all of a sudden I felt a big sh*t coming. I started screaming to my date: "pls stop the car stop it noowwww." He was so confused and scared, he stopped the car in the middle of nowhere. I ran outside in the nearby field dropping my pants halfway and sh*tting my brains out in the middle of the night.

18 - I have lots of embarrassing memories but the most embarrassing memory was when I burst into tears in front of my teacher in the classroom when I found no idea of what sonnet I'd create when I was in Advanced English then, plus I didn't had enough experience to make a poem, rhyme, imagery and metaphor, it was one of the reasons I was about to drop Advanced English and even talked to my high school counselor about dropping Advanced English

Part of the brain, these "habits" are more of a receptor. If it's good it'll make you, do it again in the situation, if it's not rewarding or giving off some type good emotion or feeling like dopamine as an example you don't do it in the situation. You're indefinitely capable of changing it in some way, but it is an extremely difficult process. But, you're always the same as before. You commit to these actions. If you get away with lying for and get away for example, you do it again. And it soon enough builds up. The only growth is these specific habits, there's not much growth truly. But there are some, build a habit and master it. Continually do this on and on and soon enough you're in a great chance of success. This is the process of growth, the only one really. How difficult could it be? Depending on the situation, how long or excessive it is, is it taught properly are you willing to learn ETC. The brain is a muscle, letting go of any of these for a month or more for another habit will destroy it. You won't be able to learn it in time either. You must and I mean MUST balance the habits you have. You're required and required to learn this and the ability to do multiple habits (At least 3) this is the life of a successful person who worked hard for their power and success. Explaining how embarrassment works.
