as a 22yo gen z-er i think club culture is dying because 2 main reasons: the music & social media 😂 back in the 90s & the early 00s there was music of all genres that you could actually dance to & have fun to , nowadays all we have is bang bang shoot 'em up music that you cant really dance to & then everyone is on their phones sitting down recording everything, nobody really lets loose anymore , everyone is too scared & acts too stuck up to have fun 😭 like clubbing now is not how i thought it would be as a little kid watching the "hot in herre" music video, its boring 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

Never thought I would look forward to working out but on Monday’s its so easy to do while listening to this podcast 🥰 As a 24 year old, I never been to a club. Honestly, just doesn’t and never did sound enjoyable. I hate crowds and loud places, plus what yall mentioned about girls being so ruthless for no mf reason. I also do not drink, I am more of a pothead😂I just prefer the comfort of my home😭😭 Also, I heard recently about 2 dollar bills being worth some money! Have y’all heard about “Zillenials?” Lol they’re the ones who are on the cusp between millennials and Gen Z so like 1992-2002 because they all have similar childhood experiences and stuff but maybe that’s why I don’t fully agree with the club cuz me n my people be up in the clubs lol. And a lot of the girls I know who just turned 21 or are 18/19 be at the clubs or big parties that are at club venues for 18+ I think also has to do with where you live here in Colorado Springs we don’t got that much so we all end up in the clubs lol or a lot of people go to Denver but I guess the ones who are younger than 18 still probably view it differently cuz they do other things now lol. Violence plays a part fs cuz unfortunately idk how many people ik that lost their life or went into the ER due to shootings, and fights at the clubs/parties. So I think it’s many factors lol but most the gen z has anxiety and would rather chill with Homies and smoke weed instead of being crowded😂😂

I am eight teen and boys don’t buy drinks anymore I am hesitate to go on Saturday due to I might get into a fight over a boy that I don’t want . I also think it’s due to most of my adult friends live with their parents and their parents will give curfew like 10 . But I agree Nikki but Covid ruined my social abilities lol. Plus sections aren’t sectioning lol it’s a couch and red rope and that’s 250 and the bottles are 250 too also club hopping is hard due to as it gets later the prices get bigger and bigger I also wish I was grown in the 2000s the clothes movies music the culture I agree it’s either drill or southern rap rnb isn’t dead I promise you you just have to listen to right people lol my mom collects Barbie’s too but I don’t think she would sell them and the boxes are messed up but on a sadder note can we talk about Palestine , Sudan , Congo and how some American businesses are funding it
