The Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave In is AMAZINGGGGGGGGG. I use it to cowash, as a leave in and a deep conditioner. It leaves your hair super soft no matter how long you keep it in your hair. As mentioned in the video it also is a great detangler. LOVE IT. Deff one of my holy grail.

I am obsessed with the Kinky Curly Knot Today!!! It's my current go to leave-in/detangler. It definitely helps when finger detangling and makes my curls look great. I also have tried the curl enhancing smoothie and I love that too. I've only used it a few times but I do love it. And the As I Am double butter is amazing! I haven't tried any of the other products. I want to try the Miss Jessie's line next but I need to get through some of my other products first because it's not cheap.

Kendra, I am so glad you also use the Shea Moisture JBCO Strengthen, Grow, and Restore Leave-In Conditioner!! The video was your staple curly hair leave-in's but I wanted to mention that my hair is kinkier than yours and Kelsey's and I do use it to blow dry my hair in sections. My hair is high porosity, so it loses moisture relatively quickly. This product is fantastic for moisturizing and elongating my blow dried hair especially in the winter (drier) months. You don't even have to flat iron after blowdrying if tou don't want to, and I typically do not. It is a little on the heavy side if you just plan to wear your hair down, but i like to throw mine in a high bun or top-knot and put a scarf over it for 10 minutes. The finished result is a really sleek looking.

The Shea Moisture JBCO Strengthen Grow & Restore Leave-in Conditioner is truly the bomb will leave your hair feeling soft. I am a creamy crack girl (permed) and this product is just amazing, but for us perm girls don't saturate your hair, rub a handful (depending on hair thickness) in your hair before blow drying, this leaves my hair so soft and bounce...I don't use a flat-iron at all, just wrap it after blow drying. This product also so work wonders on my oldest daughter's natural hair who has extra thick hair. Now in my other daughter's natural hair I use it only if I'm blowing her hair which is not often (once or twice a year for both girls)-i stick to Carol Daughter kid products in her hair (10 years old), her hair is just really soft naturally. My oldest daughter's hair just absorbs products, her hair is really soft in the center of her head, her hair demands oils and moisture. The JBCO shampoo is awesome in my hair and my oldest, we also use the One n Only Argan Oil shampoo, conditioner, mask and serum (just dab or so) products (@ Sally's Stores and beauty supply stores). I always use an oil first then the As I Am leave in conditioner all over and then I put the double butter on top of the drier parts of my hair like my ends, the crown of my head, and my edges. It leaves my hair so moisturized and defined.

A Leave-in Conditioner: conditions and pretty much takes care of your hair (instead of rinsing out the conditioner , its a conditioner that you leave in your hair) And moisturizers , are meant to keep your hair moisturized (to prevent your hair from being dry) I hope this made since & answered your question☺☺

The Curl Enhancing Smoothie is great for my curls, I love using it with my kccc. The jbco line from Shea moisture dried my hair out like straw! It took a while for me to get my hair back right. At first it was nice and soft but throughout the day, felt like tough straw. I know to stay away from that line. The Coconut & Hibiscus is just right for my hair.

+B.WildBeauty Low porosity means that it's hard for your hair to absorb moisture and high porosity means that your hair absorbs moisture very quickly that it leaves and get dry. Search on KZbin there are many naturals on here that have done vids on it

The only thing noticeable about the silicone is if you don't cleanse before straightening is, it will be flat and body-less. But i discovered that after not cleansing it out .

Sadly, my low porosity hair didn't care for SheaMoisture JBCO Leave-In Conditioner.
