@@georgedowns4034 if you're Scottish I understand your comment. If you aren't than you must know that Scottish accent is one of the hardest to understand. And about the quality of voice is my personal opinion. Otherwise it doesn't really matter. In my experience the announcements aren't made for passengers to listen to it, but rather to prove that the public funds weren't flown into private pockets for nothing
