This reminds me: In 2020 my oldest sister who was 19 at the time; got shot in Colorado Springs, Colorado at a park near where my family used to live, our family had moved away without my dad (he was abusive) and my sister (she wanted to live with her boyfriend who was a drug dealer) and we moved to Mississippi which was basically across the country, well we had rushed back (Me, my mom, and my other older sister who was 15 at the time) and while we were at the hospital, we had met my dad who just recently got out of rehab because he was only abusive from his alcohol addiction, and we had met my sister, but while my family was waiting, there happened to be a shooting at the hospital (it was a terrorist attack) and we had been running for our lives, I had fallen and nearly was shot but every bullet missed me, now when I hear this song it reminds me of my past trauma and I am always running like I was being chased by those attackers, I was lucky to live through the experience and my family made it out in one piece.
