Glazier 30+years That is a very skilled guy, he would have been doing that as a kid, it looks unsafe, but the guy knows from the sound of the cut that the glass will not run off, you can almost see him listening to it, we call it the cutter 'singing' if there is a glitch in the cutters voice then he will proced diffrently and use a diffrent strategy to seperate the glass, they have only quartered the sheet, the quarters are probably going to a bench to be cut again and processed in some way, someone in a hurry for it anyway for them to do that, or main cutting bench taken up with another job, not standard practice certainly, but when in a hurry yes it has been done, but safe enough with three guys.

Man that makes me sick to the stomach watching these people! Absolutely no safety gear at all. That glass shatters and they will most likely sever several arteries at once and bleed out before help gets to them! For gods sake please use a table! I was cutting glass for 23 years and have seen and heard some horrific injuries in my time!

А ходит бля с таким видом деловым. Я аквариумы делаю и стекло режу уже не первый год.Дважды стеклорезом по стеклу не проводят!!!Это не стекло.Мне это шляпа в рекомендациях третий день поподается,я видел как они сантиметрвую полоску по всей длинне отрезали,это не возможно со стеклом.

you are right on there mate I've been working in place 34 years if the power went out i be the only one left there know how to cut by hand only thing how cutters use hand cutter for is to cut offcuts up to put in the bin
