Are these materials safe to paint on drinking, coffee, tea or wine glasses, please. Outside, only of course. Not in the bowl. Would these paints withstand hand washing? Thanks in advance!

Hello Octavia. It is very much safe to use these paints and to paint on wine glasses or candle holders or any other glass bowls. And yes I would recommend gentle handwashing.
