Glass Schindler 400A Traction Elevators at Eagle Gate Garage in Salt Lake City, UT

(May 2021) These are the west elevators in the Eagle Gate Garage in Salt Lake City, UT. This side has two Schindler 400A elevators with VR buttons. For being in a parking garage, these run really well.

For me the rare Schindler 400a elevator talking voice is nostalgic, because it was my first experience with an elevator that had a voice. That along with the motor sound (especially the sound heard when starting to move down from the top floor, which is often much more prevalent) and the chimes, just takes me back.

they're uncommon, but not entirely unique. 350FPM scenic though, that's almost as rare as they get, other than 500 FPM AE models

Those are nice elevators. The cabs are basic but nice. I love the fact that these elevators are fast and efficient. The chime is loud. 💕
