Dragons tail had a perfect line off the ramp. Rockslide was out of control and tried to cut in front of dragons tail. There absolutely should not have been a punishment. Completely ridiculous.

Actually, Rockslide did move to the side of the track to give Dragon's tail space. But for some inconceivable reason Dragon's Tail decided to ram Rockslide off the track. So, I don't think that's "ridiculous"

I call unfair penalty for Dragon's Tail. He had no control over his momentum whatsoever, and Rockslide was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I really hope Dragon's Tail appeals this penalty, as it was just an unintentional accident.

Way too harsh of penalty. Do not believe that was intentional and rockslide was just out of control. Rockslide took a gamble going up the ramp and it didn’t pay off for them.

I agree. You are at the front of the pack - you may have had a hard dismount from the ramp, but YOU CAN'T STOP directly in front of another marble. It wasn't just momentum on Dragon's Tail's part, it was Rockslide not being aware of surroundings. Also, shout out to my boy Rattlesnake. You can still take this thing! We'll get 'em next race!

Pretty sure, last time Dragon's tail had a high pole, he was shredded out of the gate and shuffled to the back. He fixed the starting gate issue. Now, he was too in control...with a near perfect exit off the ramp...only to be docked 5 seconds. Seems like the judges, put their feet, on his tail. It did add some drama, great race.

The first DNF, Penguin, got 0 points, but as right now with the penality to Dragons Tail, the people protest and finally vote to give that amount of points (25) to the DNFs

Good race today Pacifica, not a win but gaining 8 positions to finish in second place is good. We'll get them next race. Pretty harsh for dragons tail though I think it was an accident but not a bad try. Congrats on drawing on points for first Nitro. Yes I like blue marbles but Pacifica is my favorite 😁

Love these videos, but the editing at the end was appalling - an unnecessary close up shot at the expense of missing the winner crossing the line. Time penalties make no sense in marble racing. We all willingly suspend disbelief when watching, but a marble going off track cannot reasonably be given any other designation than a "racing incident". The only law applied to these events should be the law of gravity.

I'm so proud of my boy Pacifica!! Such an amazing comeback, I really believed he could pass Ivory in the last lap, but she's a skilled opponent! So sad to see Volcano having such a hard time on these last two races, but I believe in him! Solid performance from my girl Canarium too! I have high hopes for my primary colors! whoever knocked a rockslide off should face a punishment because that's technically injuring another racer and that's what you don't want to do and it seems like real blatant contact they waited until rockslide hit the bounce and then they went under just to knock them off whoever the racer was they deserve a 5-point penalty

Stupidest penalty ever. Listen to your viewers. It’s pretty unanimous that the penalty levied on dragons tail was ridiculous. Marbles make contact with each other hundreds of times throughout a race. It is never intentional or done with malice.

I'm on Rockslide's side. If there was no green landing ramp, or higher restraining walls the accident might never have happened, or at the least Rattlesnake would have not gone over the wall. Track designers have to learn from this tragedy.

The race result information is misleading. While Rattlesnake is correctly classified as the 11th and final finisher, Rattlesnake's result is shown on screen as finishing 26.342 seconds behind Ivory. Usually on races on TV, any racer shown X amount of seconds behind indicates a racer is on the lead lap, while racers that are passed by the leader one or more times are shown as "-1 lap", "-8 laps" and so on. Rattlesnake officially finished "-1 lap" because Rattlesnake never passed Ivory back on track before the checkered flag to regain lead lap status. Instead the race footage showed Ivory on their cool down/victory lap while Rattlesnake was still attempting to finish the race. With it being a 13 lap race, then officially Rattlesnake finished on lap 14. It's just a clerical error that could be easily fixed before the next race in case of more lapped marbles, that is unless whoever work on the graphics doesn't know how to do type "-1 lap", then they could just type "minus one lap", "minus seven laps", etc...

I think you should have higher mil plastic near the launch. It would either bounce back into the course or roll even. It eliminates the possibility of hitting the outside of another marble and leaving the team. There's too much give.

Everyone saying how the penalty was unfair, but it wasn’t. Dragon’s Tail had every opportunity to avoid Rockslide and make a clean pass but instead decided to use the bumper in a dangerous section of the track and sending Rockslide off whether intentional or not. Rockslide could’ve been severely injured so the penalty was well deserved. The only thing I can agree with is that maybe 3 seconds is more fair than 5, but it wouldn’t have affected DT’s finishing position anyway.

Just when I thought Rockslide's luck was changing, they go off course. I don't think Dragon's Tail should've suffered any penalty, was incidental. Officials punishing DT for their own incompetence of not making sure there are enough barriers to protect the marbles. Pass the blame. Shameful.
