When you watch the wide shots it's obvious that this was multiple takes cut together because in the wide shots it looks like the actors had no idea this song was coming because they are either shocked or really into it, but in close ups actors that were into it are suddenly shocked when in character. Also, its really obvious at 1:53 when Quinn is up dancing, but at 1:54 she is snuggling with Sam while sitting down.
