It was Kevin's idea that's actor who plays Artie. And no one was sure it would work ok and writers never thought to answer how he got up there I figure he asked Finn and Mike to put him up there meaning characters off screen. Everyone was worried he'd fall in. Kevin really had learned to use the chair so well.

Santana's verses go hardd. This song could've been better if they'd removed that "It's a wonderous place" chorus. It's too happy and doesn't fit that tough dark way Santana sings her parts and Finn's intro. If they featured her more and made that a general theme it could've been a winner. As it is, it feels a bit frivolous and the chorus tone contradicts the verses. But soo much potential for a Finn/Santana duet or heavily featured song. Finn is great.
