Finn reminded me of Derek from Grey's Anatomy, in Season 2 he was in his feelings when Meredith was dating Finn the Vet, and around Derek chose to try and fix his marriage with Addison at that time.

I know that this is 3 years late, but which season you mean, in Season 1, Finn broke up with Rachel for a stupid reason, and Rachel and Jesse started dating until he decided to egg her. Season 2, Jesse made amends with Rachel after that incident and he asked her to Prom, but as friends, and Finn felt some type of way about it, even though he chose to be with Quinn. Season 6 finale, Rachel and Jesse ended up together.
