What i want YOU GOT Many artists have sung the exact same note live and has made it sound exactly the same each time without lip syncing (take Ariana Grande and her Problem G#5). I think people just believe it's lip syncing because it's a very hard note and it's executed so well. My opinion anyway.

It’s amazing because throughout the whole video you can see Lea thinking about that note. She wasn’t dancing as roughly as the others (especially with the head whipping), she was concerned about her mic placement, and you could just tell she was preparing for that A5 the whole song. And she absolutely NAILED it. What a beast. What a legend. 🙌🏼💕
