5x03 od episode number :) 3 episode od 5th season. The guy on the end od Finn (character, Cory - actor), who die (Cory) and this episode, all songs, was for him

The guy at the end was Finn. The actor died shortly before they started filming the season. They postponed filming to give the cast time to mourn. Then, at the beginning of the season they had a tribute episode for him.
