Cory was actually a terrible dancer in real life at the start of series so they just incorporated that into the show lol. He got better over time.

When Finn is singing "let me sleep on it", they change the camera to Mercedes, Tina and Quinn, when they change to Finn's and Rachel's backs she hasn't her arms folded but when they show their front sides, Rachel has her arms folded again. Glee was full of errors when it came to shooting a scene. Go to 2:06 to see what I'm talking about.
