Christen is a great rider and family man. People like to pile on when things aren’t going as planned. I hope he gets the injuries figured out and comes back healthy. Regardless, he’s accomplished so much and is a Champion. He’s done a lot more then most have done at his age, and furthermore they will do in a lifetime. Best of luck to him and whatever happens he should hold his head high !

Hey, I hope you’re doing good. One thing you can do for your arm is, get a gyro ball. Use it for both arms, 5 minutes at a time, 4 times a day. It flosses your ligaments, tendons and the thin layers that covers them. It gets the blood flowing in that area, pumping bad fluid and inflammation out of the area. I was to the point that I couldn’t even ride my mountain bike. A Physio told me to do this and my pain went away in 2 weeks. Now it’s just part of my fitness routine.

Before his injury on 450 he was dominate he was the third guy behind Eli and chase during that epic summer this guy had a good weekend finally comin around after the set back I think he got more in the tank. It's been a rough couple years but if he keeps improving he will get there
