I met Glenn Edward Burleigh in 1986 while a student at Worthing High School in (Sunnyside) Houston, TX. He was a dear friend of my amazingly wonderful choir/piano teacher, Mrs. Wanda J. Davis. We learned and sang his music then and I've been singing his music ever since. I was present today (12/7/2024) at Good Hope Baptist Church in Houston where we did a sing-a-long to his Born to Die: Christmas Cantata with the songbird, Barbara Tucker. I'm so grateful for the impact Glenn's music ministry had and still has on my life and the body of Christ.

any chance it was recorded? My mom and I recorded "Born to Die" under Dr. Glenn Burleigh's direction years ago. I love Barbara with my whole heart 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 I would love to hear that.

He is the composer of the song, "Order My Steps". He's an anointed man and musician of God.

Amazing! Straight out of Mount Olive Baptist Church of Guthrie Oklahoma. He held an annual musical at our church and sampled most of his songs! He's mother was my Sunday school teacher. Who is leading this song? She sounds like my cousin Trenda Dewberry.
